Trevor arrived on time and quickly had a diagnosis. He also found several other concerns with replaceable parts and recommended upgrades. Only downside was that the replacement parts had to be ordered and the unit was not in functional order the same day. Realistically, with as many brands and parts, I did not expect all parts to be readily available. Overall , EXCELLENT service so far. I'm anticipating the replacement to go as smoothly as the diagnosis!

“Repair was done quickly and efficiently. Technician was friendly and knew what he was doing however the costs involved for the time it took seemed excessive. I paid $139 for the tech just to come out, that fee does not go towards repairs. ( I live a maximum of 10 minutes from their shop) I had given the scheduler the model and serial for the dishwasher and told her what was wrong before the appointment. The tech ordered parts ( a new spring for the door) after he looked at it, he was at my home for approximately 15 minutes . The part came in a couple of days later and they scheduled us for repairs the day it arrived so I will give them credit for that however it took the tech less than 5 minutes to install and slide the dishwasher back in…cost for installation of one spring was an additional $157. I was told that most of the cost was labor which seems a bit excessive. I will shop around next time.”

Today Jeremy came back to install a part for my refrigerator ice maker and he was very personal and quick with his work. On TIME, did the work requested, did clean up and did it all in a short amount of time! BUT he also took it to another level. He could tell by our bathroom remodel that WE love VINTAGE so he took off to the local hardware store and brought back a "collar" to put around our ceiling light fixtures!
